Roles overview¶
The image shows the role overview: (1) navigation, (2) checkbox to select row, (3) list with all roles and their assignments, (4) button Export selected data as CSV
Information on roles is displayed in the overview.
Roles are assigned in the user administration.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| role | name of the role |
| records | number of records this role has been assigned to |
| creation | number of users who have been assigned this role in the user administration under Record creation |
| viewing and editing | number of users who have been assigned this role in the user administration under Role validation |
| view only | number of users who have been assigned this role in the user administration under Role validation |
Export selected data as CSV file¶

select the rows you want to export

click the button Export selected data as CSV
The CSV file will be downloaded and saved in the download folder (or the folder that was set for this in the browser).
The file name will be generated automatically and is called #Roles overview.csv.
A list with the following information will be exported:
