Login with user name

The view shows you the login window after opening the Uniplex.

1. user: enter admin when you log in for the first time, unless you have been assigned a different password.
2. password: enter admin when you log in for the first time, unless you have been assigned a different password.
3. click on the button Login to get to the start page
4. Info: name of the data inventory
5. Info: Uniplex version
6. Info: build version
7. Info: release date
8. Info: our website
9. Info: our protected brand name

Login with FIDO

You also have the option of registering using the FIDO system. Your administrator will provide you with further information.

Troubleshooting

The view shows you the error message if you enter an incorrect user name or password.

1. please check that your details are correct
2. contact your administrator
3. if it is not possible to recover the correct password or user name, please contact our customer support (cortex-info@cortex-ag.com)
